History
Skillary – International Association of Financiers, Accountants, and Lawyers was founded in 2022 with the aim of uniting leading professionals in finance, accounting, and law from across the globe. From its inception, the Association has served as an international platform for knowledge exchange, advancement of professional standards, and strengthening of business ties within the industry.
Over the years, the Association has grown significantly and today brings together experts from 27 countries, including Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and beyond. Through regular events, professional development initiatives, and international networking, Skillary has become a dynamic force in shaping the future of financial, accounting, and legal practices.

About the President
Nara Harutyunyan is Chief Accountant and a distinguished member of the International Association of Financiers, Accountants, and Lawyers, registered in Armenia in partnership with Skillary. She plays a pivotal role in promoting international standards of transparency and ethics across the CIS, combining expertise in accounting, finance, and law.
With extensive experience in financial management, international reporting, and implementation of transparency frameworks, Nara Harutyunyan has been instrumental in advancing the Association's mission of fostering a culture of ethics, trust, and accountability.
As a senior member of the Association, she:
– Leads initiatives to develop international ethical standards for finance, legal, and accounting professionals across the CIS;
– Contributes to the design of educational programs and advisory sessions to support professional development;
– Represents the Association at international forums and business events, advocating for transparent practices and sustainable economic growth.
